Order 66 was one of the worst things to happen in Star Wars. Jedi were slaughtered indiscriminately across the galaxy, and even children were not spared from the wanton carnage. The entire Clone Wars had been building up to those pivotal few hours, and Palpatine's grand design paid off in brutally efficient fashion. However, a number of Jedi survived Order 66, despite the opposition they faced.
