Why Thor: Love and Thunder's Eternity Is a Lazy Addition to the MCU

Thor: Love and Thunder revolves around Gorr the God Butcher, a mortal bestowed with the corruptive power of All-Black the Necrosword after the death of his daughter, people and their entire way of life. Seeing the indifference of his own god in the face of unbelievable calamity, Gorr swears vengeance against all gods, spurred on by the semi-sentient Necrosword. Naturally, Thor sets out on a quest to stop Gorr, both to save his own Asgardian kin and countless gods throughout the universe.
