Suzuki GSX-R1000 In Bangladesh By Rancon Motorbikes Ltd!

Rancon Motorbikes Ltd is no stranger to bringing superbikes in Bangladesh, if we remember a few years back they brought Suzuki Hayabusa in Bangladesh, then last year they showcased Suzuki Intruder 1800 in the Dhaka Bike Show 2019.

Long story short, it is a SUPERBIKE! So it is powerful, then engine can pump out 199 BHP @ 13,200 RPM & 118 NM of Torque @ 10,800 RPM. The is four-stroke, has inline four-cylinder, liquid cooling, DOHC & 16 valves. Yes if you are wondering, this bike has a Fuel Injection system to pass that fuel from the 16-liter fuel tank to the engine.

The bike has a curb mass of 203 kg with a ground clearance of 130 mm, which isn’t good for the roads of Bangladesh. Saddle height of the bike is 825 mm, if you use a measuring tape then the bike will be 2075 mm in length, 710 mm in width & 1150 mm in height.

The bike is equipped with 17 inches of rims with alloy wheels grabbing 120 section tyre at the front, while the rear there is 190 section tyre. Suspension wise they added 43 mm Showa USD forks which can be adjusted depending on the riding condition while the rear there is a mono-shock, coil spring with oil damped.

The Brembo 4 piston twin disc brakes at front & Nissin one piston single disc brake both are equipped with ABS. It has an LED headlight and beside it, there are fins which passes cool air to the big engine underneath the rider’s seat.

Due to agreement between the European & Japanese bike manufacturer this bike will hit 300 kmph on the 6th gear & looking at some website, this bike will give a mileage of 15-18 kmpl!

Well in Bangladesh due to some restrictions we might never get the chance to ride this bike even if we get past all the natural disasters in this world. But even then, a world popular liter bike is currently sitting in Bangladesh, that is good news for all the bike enthusiasts!
