5 reason why new Suzuki Gixxer SF will get huge popularity in Bangladesh

The Gixxer series was first introduced in 2014 by launching Gixxer 155. From then, it becomes one of the best naked sports motorcycle in 150cc segment and Its full-faired version Gixxer SF is also gets popular.

The new Gixxer SF is available with two different variants. One is FI ABS version and another one is Dual Disc version. The dual disc edition gets the same engine like previous version. But the costume and design changed. And the other edition is equipped with EFI engine and also ABS braking system. So let’s find out the reason, why this motorcycle will get popular in Bangladesh.

Design and Look: The main change of this new version is its modern and attractive design. Not only just cosmetic changes, the design is also new. There are also some new features in design. The all new LED headlight and tail light unit look attractive. The fairing and fuel tank also designed with new graphics. The fuel tank looks more muscular and bulkier than previous version. This new version also equipped with split seat and clip-on handlebar. These upgrades just increased the bike’s appearance. For the design, it would compete with the premium segments Yamaha R15 V3, Honda CBR 150R, and Suzuki GSXR-150.

Engine performance: The carburetor dual-disc version of this bike gets the same engine like previous version. But the other version of this bike gets an EFI and refined engine. This version is BS6 approved and can produce 13.4 bhp maximum power at 8000 rpm and 14 Nm of torque at 6500 rpm. Though the engine power is less but its EFI engine can provide handsome mileage and decent acceleration rate. The average mileage of this bike would be around 45 km/l and 125 km/h top speed.

Braking: The carburetor version gets dual-disc brake like the previous one. But the EFI version equipped with a dual-disc brake and also ABS braking system. ABS braking system is now getting popular in sports bike in Bangladesh. Because of the ABS and Baybree caliper in the front wheel make sure the confidence in Braking. The size of the front disc is 260 mm and the rear disc is 220 mm.

Balance and Comfort: Balance is one of the important part of a sports bike. The new Suzuki Gixxer SF has an improved rear mono-shock suspension than previous version. Suzuki also make some improvement in this bike’s balance. The up-right handlebar and well-cushioned seat make sure the comfort of rider. The pillion seat is also large than the previous version.

Price: Price is the important issue for a sports motorcycle. The premium 150cc segment bikes like Yamaha R15 V3, Honda CBR 150R, and Suzuki GSXR-150 have a huge market price. But this bikes market price would be 290,000 BDT to 300,000 BDT. So the price would also play a vital role for this bike.
