Google Job Portal is slightly different from other job portals. Because, Google does not store job listings. The employer communicates with Google's partner sites according to his or her preferences. Many of Google's job search partners include LinkedIn, ShinedTom, QuikR, Asanzbes, WisdomMobbs.

Google Jobs makes it easy by filtering the results of search job-seekers. This filter provides the names of the job-seekers, designation, place, date of advertisement and employer's preferred company. Also, if there is a new employment opportunity, then users will get a benefit called 'Alert'.

Google search engine officer Anchint Srivastava said that work is going to strengthen Google's portal with the government in India.
