The company makes mobile phones and buys fake phones from the market. The phone was sold again on the basis of the original mobile phone. The Customs Directorate and Investigation Directorate filed a case on Sunday against the nine people, including chairman of TJ Group, on the same charges. Seven officials of the company have been arrested in this case. After a day's interrogation, they were produced in the Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrates' Court (CMM) on Wednesday. The court ordered the jail authorities to send their bail applications to jail.

The plaintiff of the case, Customs Detective and Assistant Revenue Officer Farid Ahmed, told the first light that TJ Group TJ Electronics was making fake mobile phones. They bought mobile parts from the market and made fake phones to sell themselves as real mobile phones.

The seven officers and employees of TJ Electronics sent to jail are Mahbub Hasan, Kazi Istiyak Uddin, Masudur Rahman, Sarwar Hossain, Aftab Uddin, Mohsin Ali and Noor Alam of Mobile Servicing. Of course, the company and chief executive officer of the Mustafa Haschchaarman Tabarak Ullah are absconding.

The police said in a court that the chairman and chief executive officer of TJ Group was selling a number of different phones including LG, I Phone, HTC with the tax evasion through smuggling.

The seven accused in the case, including the company's official Kazi Istiyak Uddin, have given statements to the Customs and Investigation Department. Qazi Ishtiak said in the statement, "Our organization is not an importer. Our organization does not buy any mobile phone from legitimate importers. We do not have valid documents on mobile phones. '

The statement said, "Our company has procured various types of brands from Bashundhara City and Motaleb Plaza to retail appliances, packing, mobile casing of mobile phones. Later, those who work in our organization, they have created fake mobile phones of different models. Then the mobile phone is sold according to the original mobile phone. '

The investigation officer of the case Kafrul Police Station SI Zillur Rahman said in the first light that the TJ Group's chief executive and chairman of the officer is trying to arrest.
According to the case details, TJ Electronics office Mohakhali DOHS. The accused sells the iPhone, HTC, LG and other brands of mobile phones with tax evasion. The accused bought old phones or bought those brands from different markets and created fake phones, HTC, LG and many other brands of phones.

Last Saturday, the officials of the Customs Department went to TJ Electronics's office. There are some iPhone, LG, HTC brand mobile phones found in there. The companies failed to show the documents for mobile phones. 37 iPhone, 15 LG, 125 HTC phones were seized from TJ Electronics.
